We love bacon. We live on bacon. We bonded through bacon. If we have a baby it will be called Bacon....
The bacon explosion is one of our most prized creations. A juicy meatfest of a foodgasm consisting of latticed bacon, overlaid in seasoned sausage meat, overlaid with minced beef and fried lardons all rolled up into a huge sausage and basted in homemade BBQ glaze before incubating in an outdoor grill until bubbling and crispy and ready to be scranned.
